Experiencing a bug? Confused by the application? Have a question? Try the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Restart your Device.

    Many problems are easily solved by restarting your device. If you experience problems with one of our applications, try this first.
  • Re-download the Application.

    If restarting doesn't solve the issue, you may want to try re-downloading the application and installing it again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, just be aware that removing an application will delete all of your data for good.
  • Keep your OS up to date.

    OS software updates generally provide system bug fixes that may solve issues in our software. Be sure to keep your software up to date. If you have an Apple mobile device, connect your device with iTunes and make sure you always have the latest version of the operating system installed.
  • Jailbroken Devices.

    We will always attempt to help our users, but we can't fix issues associated with devices running non-standard operating system software.
